Depth Psychology
Masterclass in Archetypes, Dreams, and the Unconscious
Depth psychology invites us to descend beneath the surface of personal identity and into the layered terrain of psyche — where soul speaks in symbol, image, symptom, and dream. In this masterclass, we explore the foundational themes of depth-oriented inner work, guided by the insights of Carl Jung, James Hillman, Marie-Louise von Franz, and others who viewed the psyche as inherently intelligent, mythic, and sacred.
We will examine the structure of the psyche — including the personal unconscious, collective unconscious, archetypes, and shadow — and learn to listen for the soul’s call through dreams, creative work, and moments of existential rupture. Far from a clinical or diagnostic model, this course approaches psychology as a poetic and philosophical art: a dialogue with the imaginal life of the world and the archetypal layers within.
This masterclass is suited for those called to the inner life — depth practitioners, therapists, scholars, writers, and anyone ready to reawaken their relationship with soul.
What we explore:
– Archetypes and their role in shaping identity, myth, and vocation
– Shadow and the necessity of descent
– Dreamwork as a tool for inner guidance and integration
– The mythopoetic imagination and the symbolic method
– Hillman’s “acorn theory” and the psychology of calling
Format: 10 immersive modules | Live & recorded sessions | Includes dreamwork practice, journaling, and guided symbolic analysis
