Mansoor H. Abidi, Ph.D., is an author, educator, and scholar whose work is grounded in the sophia perennis—the perennial wisdom that recognizes a shared metaphysical horizon across the world’s great spiritual traditions.

His work moves through Hermeticism, Sufism, Neoplatonism, alchemy, and depth psychology, exploring the living relationship between cosmos and soul, matter and spirit, imagination and revelation. He teaches at Pacifica Graduate Institute and is the founder of Inner Opus, a platform devoted to creativity, vocation, symbolic consciousness, and inner transformation.

He is the author of The Alchemist Within: Creativity, Vocation, and Transformation, Volume I of the Opus Alchemicum series. His forthcoming second volume, Hermeticism and the Alchemical Imagination: From Ancient Cosmology to Hermetic Psychology, traces the Hermetic tradition from Hellenistic Egypt to its enduring presence in alchemy and modern depth psychology.
